Start your morning with a free yoga session designed for all experience levels.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this session will help improve mobility, recovery, body awareness, and overall movement quality.


Interactive Seminar with Founders Taran & Zane

11:00 AM - 11:45 AM

Join us for an engaging discussion on the principles that drive everything we do at Grounded Performance.

Topics include:

  • Our training philosophy

  • Strength training for longevity

  • Building a resilient body

  • Nutrition fundamentals

  • Recovery and sustainable fitness

  • How to train for life both inside and outside the gym

This is an interactive session where attendees are encouraged to ask questions and participate in the discussion.
