BUILD & BURN
Build & Burn is all about building a strong, capable body. Each class starts with a short block of exercises to activate the specific areas we will be training in our working sets, things like isometric holds, body weight exercises, plate warmups, light jumping, mobility work, and controlled power drills to get your body ready. Then we move into strength training that helps you build strength, muscle, and feel more confident in how you move.
THIS SESSION IS STRUCTURED SO THAT YOU:

- Feel energized and confident in your workouts
- Burn calories while building lean muscle

DYNAMIC ROOTS
Dyanmic Roots is a fun, challenging class designed to reconnect you with natural and athletic movements, that not only help you in the gym, but in every day life too. Through exercises like jumping patterns, foot work, power and rotational movements, plyometrics, bounds, carries, and medicine ball throws, you'll build coordination, core strength, balance, and stamia! These exercises are a key piece to protecting your mobility, range of motion, and injury prevention. Each workout challenges your body in a new way, making you feel more athletic, mobile, and capable in everyday life!
THIS SESSION IS STRUCTURED SO THAT YOU:
- Improve balance, coordination, and core strength
- Restore and develop real-world movement capacity
- Build a deeper connection with how your body moves and functions
- Challenge muscles you forgot existed
- Build stronger tendons, ligaments, and joints for longevity

Tough sessions built for those who love the grind and show up to get better. Grit is all about tough, performance-driven training that tests your limits and builds serious resilience.

- Push your limits safely with performance-driven exercises
- Develop mental toughness and resilience under pressure
- Train for strength endurance under high-rep conditions
- Build muscular endurance for strength that lasts
