BUILT FROM DIVISION I AND THE MARINE CORPS
I have dedicated over six years to working in the Division I sector and have taken exercise seriously for the last 15 years of my life. Throughout my journey, I have never had more fun training than I did at the Division I level. The culture we cultivated with the teams I worked with was incredible. A culture of grit, gratitude, attention to detail, love, and fun. This was all thanks to the incredible individuals I had the privilege to coach. They reminded me what it meant to be part of a team.
The Marine Corps instilled the same values in me. You do your job and do it well, stay fit, and better yourself for the benefit of the team. You push everyone around you to be the best they can be. This is the essence of what I want to build at our gym.
At our gym, you will receive high-quality coaching that not only delivers amazing physical results but also significantly enhances your quality of life. This level of coaching goes far beyond what an average personal trainer offers. While many trainers focus only on muscles, sets, and reps, we provide a holistic understanding of the human body. How it should move, and how we can develop all of its various capabilities and capacities. You will experience less pain, have more energy, move better, and feel younger. We will also teach you everything I know about the vital aspects of health beyond exercise.
I promise you the same level of coaching that won National Championships at Denver and guided four soccer seasons without an ACL injury. It is the same coaching that developed top-level athletes in college football at Iowa. These athletes all had one thing in common. They all started somewhere. And that is all it takes. You just need to start.
