Food, merch, accessories, and local makers, all set up in our lot from 9 to 2. This is a neighborhood event first. Come shop, eat, and hang out.

Free Community Yoga with Bretton, 10:00 to 10:45 AM
Bretton is leading a free 45-minute all-levels yoga session inside the gym. No membership needed, no experience needed. Bring a mat if you have one and show up a few minutes early to claim a spot. This is the exact kind of mobility work we build into every class at Grounded, so if you've been curious what training here feels like, this is your free preview.

DEXA Body Composition Scans, $49.95 (Limited Spots)
The BodySpec DEXA van will be parked right in front of the gym from 9 AM to 4 PM. A DEXA scan is the gold standard for measuring body fat, lean muscle, and bone density. It tells you exactly where you're starting from, which is why our coaches recommend it to every member who wants to track real progress instead of guessing.

Here's how to lock in your scan:

1. Fill out the DEXA scan booking form below.

2. We'll send you a secure payment link for $49.95.

3. Once payment is confirmed, We will send you a link to complete your application with BodySpec and pick your scan time.

The van can only run so many scans in five hours. Spots are assigned in booking order, so grab yours now.
